Overview

FlowSimple was created to help roofing, HVAC, landscaping, and general home-service teams run their day-to-day operations without the complexity of traditional CRMs. The product centers around a seven-stage pipeline, a focused 'My Work' view, and workflow guardrails that keep teams from missing critical steps.

The Problem

Contractors were relying on notebooks, spreadsheets, or bloated CRMs that were rarely used consistently by field and office teams. Follow-ups slipped, quotes got lost, and owners lacked a single view of what needed attention today.

Our Solution

Our role at Quanteron focused on product and experience direction: we designed the application UX patterns, designed and structured the landing page narrative, and provided technical consultancy to support implementation decisions. The full application engineering delivery was completed by a separate development party.

Challenges We Overcame

1

Designing for 5-Minute Adoption

The interface had to be understandable in a single onboarding session for owners, office staff, and crew members. We emphasized clear stage language, large action targets, and minimal-field workflows.

2

Workflow Guardrails Without Friction

Guardrails needed to enforce process quality (price before quote, crew/date before schedule) while still feeling fast. We crafted validation states and progressive requirements that keep momentum.

3

Landing Page Positioning for Contractors

Messaging had to communicate practical value in seconds: fewer missed jobs, clearer daily priorities, and a setup path that feels accessible to non-technical teams.
